- If this is your first time logging into SEGi Microsoft Email Account, please refer to this link for guided steps to login.
- If you lost control over your MFA device or you have forgotten your password, you may raise a ticket to seek assistance through your local IT support through SEGiConnect.
To login to SPARK, you will need to activate or login your SEGi Microsoft Email Account.
Click on – https://student-spark.segi.edu.my/v2/ to access SPARK portal (recommend to use the latest Google Chrome browser), choose your institution that you are studying at. Once you are at the login page, click on “Continue with Microsoft”
If you are already login to your SEGi Microsoft Email Account, you will be automatically verified and proceed to access the portal.
If you are prompted to key in your email address and password, please insert your SEGi Microsoft Email Account email address and password.
- Please check if the Microsoft email that you are login is the SEGi Microsoft Email Account, kindly logout all other Microsoft related email (outlook, hotmail etc) for easy troubleshooting.
- Please ensure the institution that you have selected is the correct institution, eg: if your student ID:
- SUKDxxxxxxxx, please choose SEGi University
- SCKDxxxxxxxx, please choose SEGi College Kota Damansara
- SCKLxxxxxxxx, please choose SEGi College Kuala Lumpur
- SCSJxxxxxxxx, please choose SEGi College Subang Jaya
- SCPGxxxxxxxx, please choose SEGi College Penang
- SCSWKxxxxxxxx, please choose SEGi College Sarawak
- SUOLxxxxxxxx, please choose SEGi University Online
- If all the above are done correctly and the error still shows, please contact our Registry for assistance through SEGiConnect
Please ensure that you are at the correct institution of your active program. Else, please seek Academic Administration Support (AAS) for assistance through SEGiConnect
From SPARK portal, make sure that you are on the correct enrolled program. You will then need to click on the My Learning Portal at the left side of the screen. Once you are in the My Learning Portal, you will be able to see all the active courses. If there are no courses shown, please seek your Academic Administration Support (AAS) for assistance through SEGiConnect.
Click on the courses and you will be able to see the available course content or materials for that course. If there are no content or materials shown, please check with your lecturer if the course content is uploaded and is made available to you.
If there are mismatch or issues with your timetable, please reach out to our Resource Planning Unit (RPU) for assistance through SEGiConnect.
If you are taking attendance through QR code that is shared by your lecturer during class, please ensure that you are scanning the QR code with the SPARK myCAMU Mobile Application.
If you do not have the SPARK myCAMU Mobile Application, please access the mobile web version of the SPARK Portal, scan the QR code through the mobile web version to take the attendance
Please note if the QR attendance system is not functioning properly during your class, kindly inform your lecturer so that your attendance can be marked manually.
